PRICES:

All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without previous notice. Prices are based on one person, unless otherwise specified.

ITINERAY:

The itineraries are planned with great care, although, for operational reasons, it may be necessary to change the sequence of activities in the itinerary or the specified route, and though such cases are rare, in general the itinerary should be treated only as a basic guideline.

RESPONSABILITY:

In all travel arrangements APU CUSCO TRAVEL SAC acts on behalf of and to the order of our customers, organizing on their behalf and naming the transport means, lodgings or other required tourist services, and we can thus not assume any responsibility for cases of accidents, losses, delays or interferences for reasons of forces of nature or other acts that do not involve our responsibility, especially regarding programs and schedules.

IMPORTANT!

APU CUSCO TRAVEL SAC  will not be liable for any illness, pregnancy or physical or mental incapacity, which may put in danger the health or integrity of any passengers or third parties during the execution of the contracted tour or that may imply any limitation or impediment for our company to provide such tourist services. Thus, our company will NOT recognize any claim or refund due to any such abovementioned conditions, including such cases where under normal conditions no such problem would arise. Furthermore, we request to be informed regarding any such limitation prior to the contracting of our services, in order to recommend services that will take into account any such existing impediments.

RESERVATIONS:

All reservations are subject to confirmation until receipt of full payment for all services. In case a timely agreement has been reached between the company and customer, the reservation will be confirmed with a 50% partial payment for any service that  APU CUSCO TRAVEL SAC offers.

Payment for our services can only be made as stated in our methods of payment. Prices and fees may vary without prior notice until services have been completely paid for.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

PAYMENT POLICIES:

In the case of individual passengers, our payment policy requires that all services are completely paid for 15 days before arrival unless other conditions are specified. In the case of groups, our payment policy requires that all services must be completely paid for 25 days before the arrival of the group, along with submission of the list of passengers, unless different conditions are specified. Any changes to agree upon services or contracting for new services once the trip has begun will be paid directly by the passenger or may, if the agency agrees, be charged to a credit card

TOURIST PACKAGES:

Full payment of a tour package must be completed at least 15 days (or more) before the starting date of the package in the case of individual passengers and at least 25 days before the date of arrival for groups (unless expressly agreed otherwise). Package tour reservations can only be confirmed when full payment has been completed for the services (unless expressly agreed otherwise). If a prior agreement has been reached between the company and customer, the reservation will be confirmed with a partial payment as stipulated in the agreement.

DOCUMENTATION:

The passenger is responsible for having a valid passport or other travel documents and visas according to their nationality as is accepted by the laws of the governments of the countries he is visiting. To make reservations you need to have the following information for each passenger: Full Name, Passport Number, Nationality, Age and Sex. It is recommended to report allergies, illnesses, conditions of each passenger, characteristics of each passenger, food preferences, etc.

BAGGAGE:

The accepted weight limit on flights within Peru and ground service is 20 kg. (44 lbs.), free of extra charge. The passenger is responsible for his luggage and any claims for lost or stolen bags will have to make directly to the transport operator.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

INDIVIDUAL PASSENGERS:

If a cancellation request is received up to and including 45 days before the date of arrival of the passengers, the refund will be subject to a penalty of 5% of the total to cover administrative costs, beyond the costs associated with the bank transfer and some other expenses and / or costs associated with the refund. If a cancellation request is received up to and including 30 days before the date of arrival of the passengers, the refund will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, beyond the costs associated with the bank transfer and some other expenses and / or costs associated with the refund. If a cancellation is received 29-15 days before the date of arrival of the passengers, the refund is subject to a 50% cancellation fee, beyond the costs associated with the bank transfer fee and some other expenses and / or costs associated with the refund. No refund shall be granted if the cancellation request is received 14 days or less before date of arrival of the passengers. Also, no return or refund will be granted in the case of the passenger not showing up or cancellation during the trip. There will be no reimbursement or refund for unused portions of package tours or hotel stays.

In the event of cancellation of tour packages that include air, bus and / or train tickets that have already issued, no refund shall be granted for these services. In the event of cancellation of air, bus and / or train tickets already issued, no refund shall be granted for these services.

Certain services may be interrupted or may be canceled due to weather conditions, force majeure, riots or other forces beyond the control of the hotels, airlines, other service providers or the agency itself. No return or refund will be made as a result of such interruptions or cancellations beyond our control.

GROUP PASSENGERS:

If a cancellation request is received up to and including 60 days before the date of arrival of the passengers, the refund is subject to a penalty of 5% of the total to cover administrative costs, beyond the costs associated with the bank transfer and some other expenses and / or costs associated with the refund. If a cancellation request is received up to and including 45 days before the date of arrival of the passengers, the refund is subject to a 50% cancellation fee, beyond the costs associated with the bank transfer and some other expenses and / or costs associated with the refund. If a cancellation is received 44-30 days before the date of arrival of the passengers, return or refund is subject to a charge of 75% cancellation fee, beyond the costs associated with the bank transfer fee and some other expenses and / or costs associated with the refund. No refund shall be granted if the cancellation request is received 29 days or less before date of arrival of the passengers. Also, no return or refund will be granted in the case of the passenger(s) not showing up or cancellation during the trip.

There will be no reimbursement or refund for unused portions of package tours or unused hotel stays. In the event of cancellation of tour packages that include air, bus and/or train tickets already issued, no refund shall be granted for these services.
